Hard Surface Floors: Sweeping all floor areas including damp mopping of areas such as tile, linoleum, marble floors, staircases, walkways, and entrance areas. Floors shall be free of dust, mud, sand, footprints, liquid spills, and other debris. Easily moveable items shall be moved to clean underneath. When completed, the floor shall have a uniform appearance with no streaks, smears, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of remaining dirt or standing water.

Carpeted Floors; Vacuum all rugs and carpets, and runners, so that they are free from dust, dirt, mud, etc. When completed, the area shall be free of all lint, loose soil and debris. Any easily moveable items shall be moved to vacuum underneath, and then replaced in the original position.

➢ Exterior surfaces including patios, decks, basement and garage floors shall be swept clean as needed to remove debris.

Thorough surface cleaning of all kitchen cabinets, to include face frames, doors and drawer fronts are to be free from dust and other debris or soils. All cabinetry interiors (Paid Extra)  should be inspected and cleaned as needed. Self / drawer liners, temporary hooks or loose storage solution items are to be removed and discarded on move out cleanings.

➢ Sinks, faucets and countertops, are to be free of grease, hard water staining, liquid spills or other debris. The finished surface is to have a uniform appearance with no streaks, smears, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of remaining dirt.

➢ Appliances are required to be cleaned on both the interior (extra service charge $35.00 each) and exterior surfaces (Included in service pricing) . Exterior surfaces of stainless steel appliances are to be cleaned/polished with manufacturer recommended products only. Refrigerator ice bins are to be emptied, and all automatic ice makers set to the “off” position.

➢ Thorough surface cleaning of all bathroom cabinets, to include all face frames, doors and drawer fronts are to be free from dust and other debris or soils (INCLUDED) . All cabinetry interiors (PAID EXTRAS) should be inspected and cleaned as needed. Self / drawer liners, temporary hooks or loose storage solution items are to be removed and discarded.

➢ Sinks, faucets and countertops, are to be free of soils, hard water staining, liquid spills or other debris. The finished surface is to have a uniform appearance with no streaks, smears, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of remaining dirt.

➢ Bathroom mirrors and shower door assemblies shall be cleaned with glass or mirror cleaner, to be free of soils, hard water staining and are to have a uniform appearance with no streaks, smears, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of remaining dirt. 

➢ Tub / Shower assemblies, including bases and wall assemblies, shall be cleaned to remove all hard water staining and soap scum build up. Slow flowing drains shall be brought to the attention of the HPM.

➢ Toilets and other vitreous china surfaces are to be cleaned to remove any staining. Toilet seats / lids are to be left closed.
➢ All toilet paper is to be removed from the home. MOVE OUT CLEANING ONLY

➢ On an “As Needed Basis” windows will be cleaned throughout the home. This includes the cleaning of the track and interior frame of the window. To remove dirt / dust or insects that typically collect in these areas. Window and glass surfaces are to have a uniform appearance with no streaks, smears, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of remaining dirt. All stickers, including security or police / fire, or other adhesive materials shall be removed. 

➢ If window coverings are in place, care should be taken to adjust all blinds to a uniform setting within each room or line of sight, throughout the home.
➢ Entry doors, including sliding patio, garage entry to the home or yard, shall be cleaned to remove any evidence of dirt or hand prints from use. don't forget to add this service to your deep cleaning if it is required or needed.

➢ Interior millwork, to include base trim, door and window casing, accent moldings, miscellaneous cabinetry or built in shelving, and interior doors shall be cleaned to remove any evidence of dirt or hand prints from use.

➢ Dusting and wiping light fixtures and chandeliers. When completed, the light fixtures shall be free from bugs, dirt, grime, dust, and marks. Cleaning all chandeliers and light fixtures using appropriate methods to restore the original luster to the fixtures. This will include ensuring that all crystal reflectors are individually washed. Cleaning of light fixtures is also required for exterior lighting and ceiling fans.

➢ All cobwebs or dust, is to be removed from all interior corners and ceilings as well as at the exterior of the main entryway .
➢ Switch plate and outlet covers are to be cleaned to remove all fingerprints or signs of other dirt or grime.
➢ All garbage and miscellaneous debris generated throughout the process of completing this scope of work, shall be collected and removed from the home 

➢ All homes are to be secured at the end of each maintenance visit. ALL windows, doors (patio, garage
doors, service doors, etc.) are closed and locked!
○ Ensure all keys are returned to the lockbox and the lockbox is closed and secured if used for
access to the home.
